Brewer's Cup Competition
A pour-over competition held at ANDO, bringing together home brewers and coffee enthusiasts from across Hawai'i for an afternoon of brewing, competition and community.
The afternoon was a celebration of home brewing culture in Hawai'i - bringing people together to share coffee, learn from one another, and enjoy the process of brewing.
Competitors were free to use any brewing method of their choice, allowing each brewer to showcase their own approach, technique, and understanding of coffee. With experienced judges bringing a deep knowledge of coffee and brewing, the competition focused not only on the final cup, but on the thought and craft behind each brew.
